It's our favorite place near Lake Zürich. The view from up there is fantastic, both towards Lake Zürich and towards the Greifensee. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant, which has a very casual and familiar atmosphere. The food is very good with several options of typical Swiss dishes. The waiters and waitresses are very nice and friendly. The place also has a beautiful lawn to lie on on sunny days, and there is a small enclosure with small farm animals. There is also the observation tower at Pfannenstiel, the highest mountain in the region.

Very nicely located restaurant at one of Zurich's weekend pilgrimage sites...unfortunately this has been shamelessly exploited by the restaurant's operators for years, because the quality of the food and the service leave a lot to be desired...this is definitely needed here. a new gastronomic concept...

Waited 40 minutes for a salad starter even though the restaurant was almost empty. Main course arrived in 2 minutes. after starter. Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. Service was unfriendly and inattentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer recommended for eating.

had a good meal here, eating is all traditional Swiss cuisine. the menu is all in the Swiss and the waiters are all native, so I wouldn't go without someone.
