Leider kann ich keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Ich habe selten ein so schlechtes Hotel erlebt. Mein Einzelzimmer war groß genug, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Das Badezimmer ist in einem schlechten Zustand, der Heizkörper völlig verwittert und das Duschkabine schimmelig. Der Wasserhahn ist schwer zu bedienen. Der Boden im Zimmer am Schreibtisch war abgenutzt. Es war sehr laut und selbst mit geschlossenen Vorhängen konnte man von außen in das Zimmer sehen. Insgesamt gibt es im ganzen Hotel eine sehr altmodische Einrichtung. Der Fernsehempfang war kaum vorhanden; nur ARD und ProSieben waren teilweise zu empfangen, der Rest war nur mit großen Störungen zu sehen. Beschwerden an der Rezeption wurden...
From 24th to 25th June we had a triple room, number 208. First impressions of the hotel were good, but reception is only open from 3pm to 8pm hmm. Check in in a very narrow time window because of the follow up event grr. When we were able to inspect the room for the first time in the late evening, it made a normal impression at first glance, but: the toilet was to the left of the entrance, WITHOUT a sink! Bathtub shower and sink was on the right; worn, wobbly and cracked! No hotel information in the room! So we had to go on a scavenger hunt. The hotel is nice and built with love. Located in the center of this beautiful little town. But there are the little things that show that the best time is already over. Reception is very friendly for check in but empty all day afterwards. Breakfast: the dining room is large and bright, traditionally decorated. Unfortunately the breakfast is not on the same level. The eggs are cold, the wall is poor, the wait staff doesn't smile, but of course you won't die of hunger! I was there from 4-7/8/23 I arrived early, the lady at the reception was very rude and seemed annoyed with me. The room was neat clean and the beds are comfortable. The shower however the purest disaster. The shower head was difficult to adjust, so I thought everything would fall out of the wall. So I showered as the shower head was, the water had no pressure at all and I had to sort of jump around in the shower to get wet. Breakfast staff is friendly but don't speak German, I don't think that's okay. One of the ladies didn't speak at all and didn't smile either. Ein großes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr praktische Lage. Kostenloses Parken. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Ich habe hier schon mehrere Male übernachtet, die ungefähren Kosten liegen bei 50 €, was für ein solches Hotel in dieser Region ziemlich angemessen ist. Das Personal ist hier nicht besonders freundlich, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück hat mir nicht gefallen, es hätte für den Preis besser sein können. Ich besuche dieses Hotel seit vielen Jahren. In den letzten 3-4 Jahren habe ich jedoch versucht, es zu vermeiden. Der Service hat immer mehr nachgelassen. Im Zimmer wurde nichts verbessert. Es gibt einen kleinen Fernseher und das Frühstücksbuffet ist minimal. Manchmal kommt man im Winter an und das Zimmer ist eiskalt. Für mich ist der einzige Pluspunkt die tolle Lage mitten in Ebersberg, aber das ist leider auch schon alles. Zimmer: 2
Hotel not recommended, staff super unfriendly, despite extra payment for early arrival, no key was deposited via keyboy. Had to wait 2 hours for staff. When we asked about the keyboy, we got a very aggressive response. Rustic room, broken and unclean and for 100 euros a night. Left the next day without having breakfast. Definitely never again.
