Amazing customer service and amazing comfort food. I was just randomly in the area and was hungry. Saw Huf? Hat and decided to have breakfast before it got full (it was before 9:30 on Saturday morning). I've ordered the steak and egg breakfast, I don't think I'd get anything better from the menu. I wasn't disappointed. The steak was juicy and full of taste and also the eggs. The fruit came in generous proportions and it was freshly cut. The waiter was very attentive and looked after me. Will definitely visit again.
Breakfast for dinner is always fun. Delicious spinach, onion, and mushrooms omelet, add some avocado for a nice finishing touch. The hash browns were a bit on the cool side when they arrived. The outdoor seating is a bit noisy, we asked to be seated in a quieter area as we could not hear the waiter. They have heaters to keep the evening cozy. They do not have a gluten free menu. You are on your own to find something you can eat if you need gluten free.
This place has a lot of character and charm but the food is incredible. I had to stop by for an old-fashioned chocolate cream pie a cup of coffee. They have a traditional counter that you could sit at the place and you can tell that it fills up pretty regularly. Menu is huge and I recommend trying almost everything here. There's a wine and beer selection but the appetizers of you when I'm coming back for!
Very good food, service atmosphere. Had fun looking at the old pictures of different Hof's Huts over the years. Plenty of available tables at dinnertime with lots of people in out promptly. Good service food! Parking is an issue, the lot in back is shared with other businesses so spaces are hard to find.
Trish is the best. She is very professional, polite and attentive. She has a great personality and sense of humor. She really makes the visit so much more enjoyable. I hope management knows that they have a great employee and I hope they give her the recognition she deserves.
waiter was very friendly, he was attentive. ask You after our food if we like it. We needed some coffee. He had a smile. how he enjoys his service for the customers. The service was fast. I'd visit again.
I had a chicken pot pie with green salad excellent and quite filling. Others had the french dip ? and a pastrami and swiss. They said theirs were good too. Service was very good too.
Great service this morning. A little disappointed that they did away with the tropical tea, and the daily week specials. Our server Kim, gave us great service. Thanks Kim!
Always delicious and good portions for the price. Not always perfect though. Tonight ordered medium well burger and it arrived all pink; but not ****.
