We've eaten at this restaurant around 20 or more times over the last 7 years so we feel well able to comment on this restaurant. Generally, it's always EXACTLY the same. It's a really great setting on the slopes in the sun. Usually we find...a good table, often share with other diners as the tables are long. It's cosy indoors if it's cold. The menu really suits us as some in our family eat little/no meat, we like the pizza etc... portions are of a generous size and we always enjoy the salads and pizzas to share. Cost is ok given the large portions. So it's one of a kind on the slopes in the ski area so in this regards, the restaurant has little competition. The service is rushed and unfriend...
At the end of the cablecar track from the village and at the bottom of a good skislope is this large terrace in the sun and the mountains, usually crowded and lively. And inside a rather (mountain) chique restaurant where it is good to relax...after skiing higher up or a heavy night out in town. The menu is a good mix of the heavier fare you would expect here and more healthy choices we enjoyed. They have an impressive winelist, probably more useful for a dinner in the evening than for lunch between active skiing, but they are not open in the evening anymore since the Friday night skiing was transferred from Parsenn to Jakobshorn, a pity. Great view from the terrace!
Habe diese Woche dort zu Mittag gegessen. Ich habe den Tisch vorher auf ihrer Internetseite reserviert. Hat perfekt funktioniert! Schöne Speisekarte mit ausgezeichneter Auswahl. Pizza in kleiner oder großer Größe und genau so, wie wir es von einer Pizza erwarten. Wir haben andere Gerichte gesehen, die den Leuten gebracht wurden, alle ... riesig. Personal sehr freundlich, super Terrasse mit viel Sonne. Ein guter Ort, um sich auch mit jemandem zu treffen, der nicht Ski fährt. Wir werden bald zurück sein!
Improved a lot since last year. Much friendlier. Order the flat dough pizza excellent. Good selection of coffees with schnaps . We were there again on a Friday and wanted to get a place for coffee in the afternoon beware all of a sudden...a local heavy weight lady rushed by and just put her three letters on the place we wanted to get seated. Short of tackling here, nothing we could do (well, we did with remarks, hope she got it).

By far the worst service on the mountain. Extremely rude waiters (have several bad experiences). They just want you to eat, give a big tip and go fast. It looks like the owner is animating in the staff. Our waiter was so rude this time...we couldn't wait to go, and ended up with desert and coffee at the top of the mountain. Too bad because the food is good.
Terrible service. Waited nearly an hour to get a pizza that was burnt when it finally arrived. People all around us were getting served while eating waited. Not even that busy but totally chaotic. Avoid unless you want to waste an afternoon
Two runs in and my brother needed a coffee. Fairly empty terrace at 1030am. Absolutely awesome mountain views. Jaw droppingly beautiful. Coffee and a Coke were 10chf so not cheap. Service friendly and worth it for the view.
If you don’t book your table you are treated like second-class client. If you have no reservation and arrive one hour before lunch the waiters won’t allow you to order even a drink.

Während das Essen sehr gut war, war der Service schrecklich. Unaufgefordert bekamen wir einen Salat, den wir bezahlen mussten, und wurden von einer empört gelaunten Frau bedient.
