Overall, I had a great experience with the food here, scoring a solid 5 out of 5 for its delicious offerings. The Fried Chicken and Loco Fries were especially noteworthy. However, the service and atmosphere were a bit lacking, both receiving a 3 out of 5. Despite that, I would highly recommend trying the Original and Spicy Chicken Sandwiches as well as their fresh salads and fries for a satisfying lunch!
I couldn't resist giving this place another shot, so I returned for the 10-piece chicken wings, hoping to have lunch for two days. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The cook had the flame turned up too high, resulting in burnt chicken on the outside. While some wings were cooked through, others were still pink and a bit raw—pretty disgusting. I ended up throwing it all away, which was such a waste! On a positive note, the rude cashier was absent, and I was helped by a pleasant Asian gentleman instead. However, I won’t be returning. Holdaak management really needs to improve their operations.
My boyfriend and I used to frequent Kyochon in K-town, but after moving to Montebello, we've been craving some Korean fried chicken. While this place was good, the wings didn't quite satisfy my cravings like Kyochon did. However, I did enjoy how crispy they were. I found it a bit strange that the sauce was served separately instead of already mixed in. We also tried the chicken wrap, but it had very little chicken and was mostly filled with fries. I would come back to try the spicy chicken sandwich, though. Overall, it was still a solid experience, so I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars.
I had planned to go to Subway but ended up giving this place a try instead. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by how clean it was. I approached the counter and checked out the menu, ultimately settling on the chicken sandwich. The young woman behind the counter was friendly and took a moment to explain the various flavors and sauce options available. The original chicken sandwich was delicious, the slaw had a great crunch, and the fries were perfectly seasoned, complementing the sauce nicely. I will definitely return to sample more items from their menu.

I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The food was disappointing, earning just one star for its lack of flavor and quality. Service was equally unsatisfactory, with staff seemingly disinterested and inattentive. The atmosphere left much to be desired as well, feeling dull and uninviting. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Ordered for delivery and idk I guess I ordered too close to closing , but the sandwich was TASTELESS. The salad they put on the sandwich idk was sour. No sauce on the sandwich. Dryer than the desert. Next time instead of putting together a sloppy old chicken burger just cancel my order pls. Idk how you have 4 1/2 stars on yelp .
