Very pleasant, excellent dishes (yellow place, celery with truffle and dessert with divine chestnut). However, during my reservation two months earlier, I specified that I was pregnant. In the classic allergy question, I naturally specify that I cannot eat fish or raw meat. I'm being answered, of course. Three of my dishes were raw fish. When I point this detail on the server to the second plate concerned, I am removed from the plate to simply remove some of the raw eggs. At the end of the meal, when I ask why I was not taken into account that I was pregnant, I am told that the chef is an author and that he does not want to adapt his dishes.
