The moment we arrived at the holiday inn the problems became clear that there was nothing in place for the blind or the visually impaired. I asked reception for the large print safety instructions and a large print menu so I could keep my independent and feel part of the whole experience. I was refused point blank with the reasons that we don’t cater for the blind and that they had never been advised or trained so I asked for braille and once again refused. I faced the same problem in the dinning room and although they tried to enlarge a menu for me they printed it on a bigger piece of paper making the print smaller. Not one staff had been trained with the visually impaired. I had to change...
It was our first time in Liverpool and we chose to stay at our usual hotel- Holiday Inn- and we never went wrong. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel boasts a great location, making exploring the shopping areas and the city easy. The service was superb—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast, with a great view, was terrific, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What really stood out was the personalized touch throughout our stay. We came to Liverpool for graduation, and the hotel staff made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommended! Service: 5
Amazing hotel staff were so kind and friendly and nothing was to much to ask. Always saying Hello and offering to help, provide a drink or grabbing the lift for you. Service from staff was 100% brilliant ! Room was cleaned to a real good standard and the lovely note from the person who prepared and cleaned the room was a lovely touch. Only issue with the room was lack of plug sockets and the fact the USB socket next to bed did not work other than that food, staff and hotel was 5/5 Service: 5
I had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn. The staff greeted me warmly upon check-in, and my room was both clean and comfortable. The breakfast was of high quality, and the staff were friendly and professional. Having stayed in many hotels, I can confidently recommend the Holiday Inn Liverpool for its exceptional service, warmth, professionalism, and cleanliness.

The lunch provided to the ? attendees at a conference at your hotel on Saturday was pretty substandard: a choice of tasteless white egg sandwiches, filled tuna wraps, a bowl of crinkly lettuce and the pathetic remains of a plate of chips ..apparently no refills were available despite more people in the lunch queue. Even a hotel could do better than this.
The hotel was enjoyable. We had a nice stay in a comfortable and reasonably clean room. While the hallway and nearby room were somewhat noisy, we still managed to sleep well. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was clean, though the tub had a broken panel. The location is excellent.
We had a steak meal here for my birthday, we were staying here. The steak was done to my liking, only thing that let it down was the fries( not chips) we soaking up the juice from the steak. Still ate though.
A one night stay, helpful reception staff, large very comfortable and clean room, great views of city, super breakfast, and overnight parking adjacent for What's not to like? Well done holiday Inn.

I went for the course fixed price meal and for a hotel restaurant right in the city centre this was very reasonable. Good service and pleasant staff. Thanks holiday Inn.
