I had high expectations considering the price I paid, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The rooms were not very clean, and there was a mix-up with our room. Additionally, the food at the breakfast buffet was disappointing. Overall, it was not the best breakfast experience I've had.
This was our third stay at the Holiday Inn, having visited in 2017, again in 2020, and now in 2023. I must say that the experience has been declining each time. If it were possible, I would rate it with zero stars.
