I will state without reservation that I have rarely witnessed as much maltreatment from a licensed establishment as I did at Holliava. First, the floor was sticky with spilt alcohol and the crowd was rowdy. It is sold as a classy joint on their website, yet the actual interior presents no such sophisticated image. Inside it is dark and slightly dingy. However, this is not the reason I am giving feedback. I am writing this because Holliava managed to personally offend and upset me and my boyfriend within one hour of setting foot inside.The events were as follows: My boyfriend went to the beer garden for a cigarette, but finding he’d mistakenly walked into a function, he quickly took the cigar...
Bring Your Own Food!!! Holliava is an incredible little bar with a cozy atmosphere, great drinks, and knowledgeable staff. While their selection of spirits and beers may be limited, their cocktails are fantastic. The best part is being able to bring your own food, with a pizza place, Thai restaurant, and fish and chips shop conveniently located next door. I've had some of my best nights out at Holliava - it's perfect for after work drinks!
This no-frills venue has a nice courtyard, but one small issue is that the courtyard is fully covered and allows smoking, which may make non-smokers uncomfortable. However, Holliava has no kitchen, but they encourage you to order food via UberEats, allowing you to enjoy food of your choice without having to settle for the expensive and tasteless options at other nearby bars.
Vibrant venue with a pool table right across from Richmond Station. Heaps of cocktails and so much seating. Great venue to enjoy the beer garden before the footy or even a have a function there as there is so much space. Staff are so funny and friendly to banter with! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is a great spot to grab a drink. The interior is nicely decorated, and you have the option to order pizza from a nearby restaurant and have it delivered, which is convenient if you find yourself a little hungry!
Great Bar!. Fantastic little bar with fun little nooks and crannies and rooms everywhere! Outdoor area has been renovated to give a plush, tropical feel. Great vibe!
It is the closest pub to the mcg, hisense arena, rod laver, AAMI park and directly across from Richmond station what could go wrong? The music can be loud
