We arrived at Hollingbury Golf Club to celebrate our son's birthday, expecting a proper restaurant experience. However, at no point during the booking process via OpenTable were we informed that the restaurant would not be open. Upon our arrival on May 6th, we discovered that only the bar café area was operating, serving just sausage rolls and toasties. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained they are still trying to hire a chef. While we were deciding what to do, a gentleman began measuring the space around us.
