This place is actually quite good! Tucked away on Irving Park Road, it’s easy to miss. While I can’t claim that the mushroom burger is the best in town, it was definitely delicious. The gyro, however, was even better, and their fries were just the right amount of crispy. I'm a little unsure about some of the other menu items—especially the Italian beef and meatball sandwich, which I'm curious to try. We’ll definitely be back for another visit. Unlike Portillo's on Barrington, where orders frequently get mixed up and the wait can be long, this place has a much more attentive owner. It might be worth making a quick trip to check it out!
I have ordered from Hollywood Taste twice, and I was genuinely impressed both times. The staff was friendly and professional. I sampled the gyro, fries, wings, and onion rings. The gyro was packed with flavorful meat and incredibly delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. The onion rings were also crispy and tasty. The wings had a nice kick, which could be a bit spicy for some, but they were absolutely mouthwatering. Definitely give them a try—you won’t regret it!
Their food is amazing and halal. I've sampled several items from the menu, and the Italian beef is particularly delicious. The burgers remind me of those from Burger King—you have to give them a try! The beef kabob roll is also incredibly flavorful. However, the best-kept secret is the fries; you'll truly love them. I had a Coke to drink, and it was perfectly balanced. Their raspberry iced tea is excellent as well—not too sweet at all. I would absolutely give them a 5-star rating!
I ordered from this place for the first time, and I could tell that everything is made fresh on site. I tried the spicy double smashburger, and it was amazing! The fries were delicious as well! I’ll definitely be returning!

I recently visited the new restaurant and ordered a gyro along with an Angus cheeseburger. The gyro was packed with meat, which was great; however, the burger didn't taste very good.
This place is absolutely incredible! I can't recommend it enough. The portions are plentiful, the prices are very reasonable, and their fries are truly extraordinary!
I tried the gyro and it was amazing! Fries are delicious especially with the cheese sauce. Will definitely come back and will be my new go to when craving a gyro!
This restaurant is outstanding, but it's disappointing that they're frequently closed when I want to go.
