The food was great, but didn’t come with napkins which are desperately needed for this type of burger. I ordered syrup with my food and was only given a cup. They do not disclose nor explain that you have to fill it up yourself at the dispensers. After I returned to my table I realised the dispensers gave me normal water instead of the syrup on the label. After going back to see if it was a one-time mistake, I was intrigued to see all of them were water! Customer service was good but there were a few instances where i felt the server was trying to convince me of a good service instead of actually providing it.
