Regretfully saying this, but our experience was absolutely atrocious. I’ve ordered from here about 2 years ago on Passover and it was great. Last night, we made a pretty simple order of a few appetizers and a few burgers. We did a pick up order and I even included a 20% tip even though I was going to pick up the order myself. I understand that the demand is high due to the holiday so we gave them extra time. When we got there, they didn’t even start our order. They kept us waiting for about an hour until finally giving us our cold, soggy, unappetizing meals. We couldn’t even get through half way before throwing everything away. I will be requesting a full refund and avoiding this place until...
Holy Schnitzel is like a dream come true!!! They have all the foods that I enjoy and actually crave. Delicious flavors all around. This location is my new favorite spot either going to or coming from JFK or LaGuardia. Thank you Holy Schnitzel for the amazing food. There's food options for all ages. Can't wait to go again. I usually love this place and was so excited to learn they were open for Pesach. Ordered delivery for tonight. I understand that it is super busy motzei Shabbos but for a $100+ meal, I expected more. Food took two hours (no kidding), and I wouldn’t have minded if the food was good. Burgers were overdone, and room temperature cold. If you’re gonna open for Pesach please at least make sure the quality is good, so disappointed as we have always eaten here.
I asked for the most tender chicken dish they have and was told it’s their chicken shawarma, so I ordered it with two sides: Israeli Salad and fires.I got half burnt left overs of something they call chicken, half tray full, cold dry fries and something weird as Israeli salad (instead of cucumbers, they compromise with pickles in vinegar). I ordered food for the Super Bowl, and despite the chaotic rush, Holy Schnitzel managed to keep everything organized and prepared right on time. The food was excellent and enough to feed the entire party. A big shoutout to the entire team for ensuring that everyone's orders were delivered smoothly. Truly professionals!
The food was excellent, and the service was impressively quick. The only downside is the self-service aspect; appetizers are served after the main course. Kid-friendly: They offer special happy meal packages for children that include a toy. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Dietary restrictions: Glatt Kosher.
The service was good, but they could be more generous with things like sauces; they don't even provide salt on the tables, so you have to ask for it. The food is quite decent, but the lettuce in the avocado salad was yellow and of poor quality.

Ordered today it was absolutely raw chicken. Luckily I checked before I ate it but I snapped pictures and will be showing health department. I could’ve gotten extremely sick but luckily I didn’t.
