During our recent bike adventures, we visited this restaurant twice in the past month. The homemade food was excellent, made from scratch. The blueberry and savory crepes were delicious. I wanted to try the savory crepes during our second visit, but they were a special that day, so I had the corned beef hash instead, which was exceptional and made from scratch. We also enjoyed the Florida Benedict and my husband couldn't resist ordering the blueberry crepes again. I indulged in the apple strudel served with ice cream and homemade whipped topping. We may have looked a bit excessive with all the plates of food, but we did share some of the apple strudel with our friend who ordered the tropical...
I absolutely love the changes that the new owners have made to this restaurant. They have kept the original charm that the locals have always enjoyed, while also adding some fantastic new dishes to the menu. I find myself ordering one of their carving dishes almost every visit now. Who says you can't have carving for breakfast? It's a must-try! Their **** mary's at weekend brunch are delicious, and the outdoor terrace is ideal for the Florida weather.
outside they enjoy the few paintings you can sit in the sun with low or no humidity! our party of 6 had great seats, excellent service and a cheap brunch/ lunch. tho' the menu said that it was not so diverse because the workers and laborious lack, we all found something good to eat and drink. before you go to the stadium, stop.
My experience at Ralph and Monika's guesthouse in Ochsenfurt years ago, where we enjoyed authentic German cuisine, was just as wonderful last week during my visit. Did a bike ride to there and stopped for lunch. We were seated outside immediately. Great service, lots of menu choices and reasonably priced. Great location right off the Pinellas Trail. Highly recommended if you are in the Dunedin area.
This was my favorite breakfast spot during our trip. The outdoor seating area was lovely and the Eggs Benedict were excellent. It was conveniently located right off the trail.
