Long long so long hand pulled noodles! Being new to Watertown, we decided to try this place which did not disappoint! First of all they have hand pulled noodles so we were super excited to try them! The restaurant is located in Watertown square and although it's not too big it has plenty of seating for small groups. We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and it wasn't too crowded. They have many options in their menu including Chinese burger which I have not seem before at other restaurants so I was curious and excited to order one. Recently moved to W town, looking for good Chinese food. This place is between 3 and 4 stars: good menu selection, including the handmade noodles and lamb dishes, pointing to NW China/ Xi 'an style. Good lunch specials and noodle/ rice plates. Portions are generous good value. The chicken wings were great, if not highly seasoned. At least they weren 't drowned in some goop! Order online and pickup is good. Only flaws: a) seasoning is toned down; b) a lamb dish with hand pulled noodles was very dry hardly any sauce and didn 't travel well, turned into a solid lump. YES, PLEASE!! So delicious!! We tried the lo mein with hand pulled noodles (8/10), pork fried rice (9/10), general tsos chicken (8/10), beef with black pepper (10/10), crab rangoons (6/10), and egg drop soup (7/10). We would order the lo mein, fried rice and beef again. They were all delicious!!! The General tsos was decent, but the rangoons were not. Too much wrapper with too little filling. The egg drop soup was yummy, but not an every time order item. Overall, we had leftovers for 3 days and spent around $60 I think. Will be returning.
Got delivery and it did NOT disappoint! These are my new favorite hand pulled noodles! We ordered the Spicy hot oil Hand pulled wide noodles with bok choy, Taipei beef sirloin noodle soup and chongqing pork and peanut thin noodles. I don 't personally know what they put in their food here. But I saw multiple comments of no flavor . I kindof question this. A lot of Chinese food has a ton of the following: sugar, salt, and MSG. All these add significant flavor. I have no idea how much of these this restaurant uses. But I think no flavor is not a practically useful comment unless health is no concern.
the most delicious food ever! the price was so reasonable that eating was delivered quickly, and the people are always so sweet and accommodating. my family loves eating and the whole variety on the menu. that will always be my favourite restaurant!
I just had the best sandwich ever at home taste of Watertown! I got the cumin lamb burger which is $5.58, it is amazing! A beautiful little sandwich on a homemade bread with fresh scallions and cilantro so fresh and delicious, I love this place!

the delivery took place in 30 minutes. driver was very nice. the food was good. not much more can they ask from their local Chinese takeout / delivery
