My family I ordered pick-up, went in, paid cash, and only realized when we arrived home with the receipt (that they left on the bag by accident- they normally take it off and put it in a pile; pickup orders pay without seeing the receipt ahead of time, a mistake NO ONE should make when ordering from here, we have just been going here for so long we trusted them) they charged us an automatic 10% tip on a pickup, it was an extra $5.00 on an already expensive bill. When we called to inquire about this, we were told they have been adding automatic pickup tips for MONTHS. I have no issue tipping on delivery or when dining in, but this is just outrageous. To the owner- this is an ILLEGAL practice...
As for the birria tacos, they were the worst part of the meal. I ordered them with supreme toppings, but they lacked flavor and were overwhelmingly spiced with what tasted like nutmeg or cinnamon. There was too much roast beef, and they definitely needed some salt. I ended up eating only the shrimp tacos, half an empanada, and half a birria taco before throwing the rest away. I'm really not sure who is claiming this place has the best Mexican food—it's quite baffling.
Wow I can?t believe how terrible these tacos were. Compared to the homemade taqueria in Kew gardens, this was absolutely terrible. I ordered chicken and two shrimp. It was a complete waste of money. They all hardly had any meat. To top it off theteenager working there was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Safe to say I will never order from there again.

I discovered this chain several months ago . I really love their tortas and the tacos . My friends tried the salad and. Enjoyed it. Dietary restrictions: They prepare it with or without anything you like
I?ve had the highest quality tacos and a burrito and they were the best I?ve ever had. House made tortilla chips! Awesome sauces and console! Dessert is phenomenal. Warm hearted service. A community gem
Food is so tasty, but quesadillas barely have any steak ! I feel like im eating mostly tortilla and cheese. Dissapointed
I don't understand why they included radishes in my dish even after I mentioned I'm allergic to them.
