When I arrived, the staff seemed more interested in competing with each other than in providing service. It felt like they were too focused on their own issues rather than attending to customers. The prices were quite high, reminiscent of dining in France—$112 for ten pupusas and an order of fried plantains. There was one waitress who seemed to be struggling with taking my order, which was frustrating. I almost left, but my husband insisted we stay. I tried to stay positive and smile despite the situation. This was my first and last visit. Also, the pupusas without cheese were disappointing—more like little hills than what I expected.
The restaurant looked nice inside and our food looked really good as well but these people are over charging for food, the tajadas were the chips they sale there not actually tajadas, the chicken just tasted like mustard it didn’t have flavor and the asada had zero flavor other than the sauce they add to it, we got two plates with two drinks it came out to 50 something which is dumb if there just giving u chips with chicken and asada. I just want to tell you that I ordered a chicken with slices through Uber today 04/19/24 at 2.45pm but my chicken arrived raw and hard when biting into it, it was hard chicken on the outside and a lot of blood on the inside, it was disgusting and desperate to see my food like that. And it cost me almost 20 dollars and I was very anxious about their food but ? it was a total failure
Deplorable overpriced dishes, the place without maintenance, furniture in poor condition, deplorable crockery used, not even used in low-cost places in 20 years, they have not been updated or remodeled, and tables and chairs, deplorable minimum amount of portion and overcharging in my life I will return there

Excellent service, very friendly and attentive, delicious food, I recommend it!!??? Besides, it has a mini grocery store and souvenirs from Honduras to choose from!! And I congratulate you on the excellent donations you make to families in need ??I came from Seattle, Wa and I don't regret it!!??
45 minute wait for just one plate of food (not good by the way). Additionally, the two employees I interacted with are not friendly, do not know how to greet and have a very vulgar vocabulary. This place is not recommended at all.
Bad food. Expensive. They take time. Bad taste. That's almost why. I do not see. Customers. Do things well. If they don't know. Let someone else do it. That one pays a lot. And it comes out. From there. Upset
I didn't like the food. They fry the chicken again. It tastes ugly. Put more interest in cooking better or change the cook.

The food is delicious, the drinks are fantastic, and the customer service is outstanding. Plus, the location is wonderful!
