I am a pistachio fanatic. I had heard about Honey Cake by Mary...and been meaning to try it out. What better than my birthday week to treat myself . The lady who served me was lovely....huge cup of tea and a slice of pistachio honey cake. The cake was absolutely delicious. It was light, not too sweet and tasted amazing. I will definitely be back.
