Honey Dew Donuts - Tisch reservieren

I want to clarify that I'm not looking for anything for free; I'm simply a customer who needs to express my thoughts about the Westford St. location in Tyngsboro. I visited today, March 2, 2021, and bought six donuts around 11 AM. The employee who helped me was fantastic—friendly, patient, and had a great attitude. However, the donuts were quite disappointing. With the exception of one (the butternut), they were all stale. The two jelly-filled donuts looked as if someone had nibbled at the edges, and they were extremely stale, far from what I'm used to. I also got a chocolate frosted donut that was rock hard, as well as a French and a cream donut, both of which were stale as well.

The staff were wonderful—smiling, patient, and personable. Unfortunately, the donuts were quite disappointing. With the exception of one butternut donut, the others were all off. The two jelly-filled donuts looked like they had been mishandled and were stale, unlike what I expected. I also purchased a chocolate frosted donut, which was hard as a rock, and another cream-filled donut. All of them seemed poorly prepared.

I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich; the hash browns were excellent. When the staff asked if everything was okay, I mentioned my concerns, and without hesitation, she prepared a fresh one for me without any prompting.
