This take-away is truly the worst, just step inside and see the delipidated décor, broken and missing tiles, filthy walls and random stickers with various messages scrawled across. What is a concern is the new owner has left the same hygiene certificate up with the old owners name, go figure! The standard of food is rock bottom. By law under the trade description act a Chop Suey should contain the following, the meat of choice, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, beansprouts, Chinese lettuce or greens such as broccoli and or spring onions and mushrooms if you're lucky. We ordered food at 18.30 they said hour delivery 20.24 and still no food so I call them up and ask to be spoken too by what can only be described as a young female who's bored of her job and has the customer skills of a house brick...asked to cancel order to be told it's with the driver ,spoke too owner and said want to cancel and he happily did and slammed phone down ....wont be using again they say first impressions last

I once rated this the best Chinese takeaway I have ever used; even better than it is a minute walk from my mother in law's house in Plainmoor. What a shame that an obvious change in ownership has ruined it. My favourite Sam See Chow Mein is now tasteless Garbage. Please bring back your chef from days gone bye.

What can I say other than the title ... Always amazing service and outstanding food. We at mapleholme will never use another takeaway when it comes to service and quality. The service here is really fast and the food is amazing, the dishes I ordered were superb, I’ll definitely be ordering from here a lot more in the future and the people that work there are lovely. Truly a great service and a wonderful Chinese

The salt and chili squid was overcooked and inedible, the ribs tasted old and had a strange taste to them. We decided to try this restaurant since our usual Chinese spot was closed.

Was recommended by a friend as my usual Chinese takeaway was closed.Our choice was Beef Curry with fried rice King Prawn Curry with fried rice.Just fabulous,will certainly recommend Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I ordered the king prawn chow mein and was disappointed to find only 2 prawns along with a few pieces of what seemed to be chicken, and there were no bean sprouts included.

This place has gone to the dogs. Crispy seaweed, for some inexplicable reason, had half the contents of a sugar pot mixed into it
