The food here is delicious and the owner is warm-hearted and welcoming. The portions are generous so our four kids split two plates. They gobbled up the chicken souvlaki, fought over the fries and proclaimed the rice to be the best they've ever had. (Maybe I should rethink the splitting the dishes thing.) The steak was scrumptious, tender and perfectly seasoned. I am a fan of steak sauce and I absolutely did not need it for this steak. My husband really enjoyed the mixed grill plate. We have been here a couple of times and look forward to returning.
After a disappointing shawarma experience at another Milton restaurant, my wife and I tried the Hood and Grill for a much needed fix. Both the chicken and beef shawarmas were terrific -- good portions, amazing flavors, and a great price. The owner clearly cares and it shows. We will be going back (again and again).
Love everything about this place. Now that we've moved to Brampton, we still try to come to this place whenever we are in Milton visiting relatives. Friendly service and delicious middle eastern food.

I'm a frequent visitor to this place. It's a small family run restaurant that serves Mediterranean food. I always go there for their beef shawerma...the best beef shawerma I've eaten anywhere!
Enjoy everything about this place! Food and service are excellent. Prices are decent for an excellent plate portion. Owner takes very good care of us whenever we visit. Highly recommended.
Stopped by for a quick lunch. Very simple and delicious. Friendly and quick service. Place is much bigger than it looks from the outside. lol totally opposite to Paramount
