Surprisingly disappointing tonight, was quite clear to see there were staffing problems within the kitchen with a 45 min wait for food, which wasn't a problem, as the atmosphere was warm and friendly very good bar staff who had my sympathies being stretched every which way yet they were exceptional in all aspects, sadly the food didn't match! Portions were less than appealing and very sparse indeed to the extent of being shall we say miserly and bare essential, fir instance, 2 onion rings????? C'mon that's more than mean, a minimum of 5 surely???? Peas were over cooked, dry and discoloured, again very small portion, burger looked limp and was only there under protest, bun was definitely not...
We started going here about 6 years ago and it was great then after a few years it really took a nosedive, the food was awful, the staff changed hand and it was not good service, so we stopped going. We decided to pop in today and just see what it was like. We were glad we did The place was fairly busy but all tables were being cleared quickly and it was clean. I went to the bar to order some food and drinks and Keeliegh the bar server was extremely busy but still found time (after telling us, to just give her a minute) to help a mother who’s child had used a “get a treat” machine but it was not working properly, she gave the child a lolly pop and probably diverted a meltdown from said child...
Absolutely appalling meal. I was given the silliest of portions I have ever seen. It was adequate for a toddler not a 20 year old woman!!!! I am in disgrace at the fact, my meal: a chicken breast (smaller than the length of a thumb), a portion of peas (not even a tablespoon) and a tiny jacket potato costed £10 absolutely ridiculous... They put my meal as extras... I'm disappointed that just because there wasn't a meal for what I wanted for me, doesn't mean I should get charged for everything to be paid for separately. Won't be eating here again, wouldn't even call this a dinner. Very unhappy and hungry customer
This restaurant is a fantastic choice for a dinner outing. We came here to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by bringing out her dessert with a candle and singing happy birthday to her. From beginning to end, the staff were excellent. The food was delicious - my 8oz steak was cooked perfectly, and the salad, mozzarella sticks, and Candymania dessert were all excellent as well. The portion of the Candymania dessert was huge, but I somehow managed to finish it. Overall, I give this restaurant 5 stars and an A+ for the staff. I highly recommend it.

I am appalled by each and every one of the staff here, cold food wasn't even hot. Toilets were disgusting smelt bad in both make and femal. The manager was told of all problems he was rude and didn't care like most of the young female staff members who seriously need to go back to training. My family have been in here loads, and each time their attitude to any customers are appalling! I wouldn't ever recommend their restaurant too anyone, cause they r happy to take your money, but not give you a good service
The staff at this restaurant, especially Keeleigh, were lovely and friendly. The service was fast and the food was delicious, especially the perfectly crispy bacon on the breakfast menu. The overall experience was excellent, from the coffee to the bacon to the friendly staff. I will definitely be returning to this place for an affordable and enjoyable breakfast. I highly recommend this restaurant for families and couples.
Ordered two Chicken Parmagina.. One with chips and one with jacket potato. Both came with chips so I sent mine back. It came back with a jacket potato which was cold in the middle... Sent it back AGAIN third time lucky... I mentioned it when paying and it was removed from my bill... Shame as we have eaten there before and had good service... Won't be rushing back.
The restaurant had a beautiful and peaceful ambiance with very friendly and polite staff, especially Keeleigh who served our food and drinks. The breakfast was both affordable and delicious, with lovely crispy bacon and generous portions. The cappuccino was also very tasty. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited on Saturday and had a great time. Food was hot and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially when ordering from the app. All in all a nice place to go. We will be back.
Went for dinner with mum was really good food and atmosphere was lovely I had the chicken new yorker and a fudge cake for finish and was delicious :
