no good experience. eating was just terrible. in any case, no seasonal love was placed in preparation of this teller. the bag came out, it was full air, there was hardly anything in the bed. the crab legs were vaccinated, the kartoffels were muddy, the lobster was not clean, the garnels were not clean, it was just a bad experience. the waiter didn't want to be there either. she didn't bring us a good one, and she needed a long time to come when we asked her to help. she looked very upset and hadn't had the best job. she didn't want to be there. I go in the rule to the west orange and I always have a great time there. never disappointed by the food or the waitresses.
Everything was delicious...the lobster bisque, fried calamari, large boil, sangria and carrot cake! And let's not forget that Hook and Reel Sauce!!! Should be bottled!!! Calamari was extremely tender and fried to perfection. Haven't tasted a better carrot cake...which happens to be my favorite. Even the leftovers didn't disappoint! Will definitely go back!!!
Not only is the food amazing but the service from all staff makes the place even better. When my wife and I crave seafood, we take the 45 min drive because that’s how good it is. Tyler has served us on many occasions and became a friend to us because of his kindness and just how genuine he is. Thank you Tyler and Hook and Reel!
This was my first time eating at this establishment and I can honestly say it was great. The service and the food. The ambiance was good too. Restaurant was clean.. Nice ambianceWe ordered shrimp mini boil, lobster boil bowl of clam chowder, hush puppies, chicken tenders basket and flounder basket... Overall good was good, sent back the clam chowder no one liked itThe boils were fantastic.Wish they had cod fish n chips. Would go back for sure
Our waiter was Tyler, he was very professional, very informative of the menu, very personable. We will definitely be back because of great service and great food!Kid-friendliness: Tyler was exceptionally nice to my nephew who is three years old and very active. Tyler was patient and friendly!
Had the Catfish Po’ Boy with seasoned fries and a mango drink and it was incredibly good. Great service and very clean establishment. Prices are also reasonable.
