My wife and I have been looking for a noodle restaurant that has a lot of options for what you can add/subtract from their base menu selections. We found it in Hoolala. We both ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, no egg or mushrooms for me. We both chose the pork belly as our selected protein. We got our food in very short order and the aroma was enticing. The first bite of course has to be a spoonful of the broth first. Let me tell you, the broth was so yummy it could cure all your ills and bring you to your happy place. Absolutely some of the best ramen you will find outside of New York City! In fact, my wife and I both find the ramen here to be as good as the ramen places we have been to in NYC at a fraction of the price. Weekday service is very fast and friendly. The facilities are very new and clean. And if you haven't had Korean Fried chicken before it's a delicious, double breaded and double fried chicken with excellent sauce. Highly recommended!
Horrible service, We were a group of friends and the waitress was very rude from the beginning she told us to shut up because we were laughing . , horrible experience, if you are looking for a place to go out have lunch and have a good time with your friends, without a doubt this is not the place
The our appetizer and ramen was good, but we both ordered chicken as the protein for our meals. The chicken didn't taste like it was intentionally seasoned for the dish. Like it just tasted like grilled chicken with black pepper, the flavors didn't go with the dish.
