As we emerge from COVID restrictions, it's a treat to dine in and observe others doing the same. The waitress, possibly the owner or wife, was friendly. The food arrived hot and delicious, at reasonable prices. The crab was a bit smaller and overcooked compared to other tables, but still enjoyable. It was my birthday and my friends treated me, even receiving a small plate of grapes at the end of our meal. The path to the restroom takes you through the kitchen, giving you a firsthand look at its cleanliness - which was satisfactory. There were fishtanks in the back as well. I would definitely dine here again. The restaurant was bustling and is a hidden gem in Punchbowl.
Went there on sat night. We had a booking at 6.30pm. Table for 9. It was packed to the brim. Always make a booking so you are not dissapointed. We had 9 dishes. Compose of all proteins availabe and few fav. Was really good and fast. It worked out about $20 per person including a nice tip. It the place to take someone who hanging for good and dishes most chinese restuarant don't do anymore. Will be back again
I had heard great things about this restaurant, so I finally decided to give it a try. It has been in business for a long time, and now I understand why. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the prices are very fair. I particularly enjoyed the XO Pippies and Salt Pepper Eel.
I have visited this restaurant twice and absolutely enjoy their salt and pepper eel and marinated duck! The portions are generous and the prices are fair. The staff is friendly and courteous. I am looking forward to trying other dishes on my next visit!

I've been going there for years, and it's just a great place for great food and the price is so reasonable too. I have never had a bad dish from here and couldn't recommend it more highly. Honestly, I've never eaten better Chinese food anywhere.
Affordable, authentic and delicious chinese food! I believe best chinese restaraunt around and very underated. Owner so so humble. Thank you for the many years of service.
Great great Breakfast for a really good price. Lots of locals! Seems like just a down home place with really nice staff. Nothing fancy but just good food.
The Brehaut atmosphere is definitely worth the trip. The lobster chowder is tasty and service is friendly. Clams were ok. Shakes were awesome.

Great service, good prices. Thought the fish would be local but not. Great seafood chowder which was local. Bread pudding was not good.
