This establishment do not serve women. I am a food and beverage manager and this has happened to me 4times. I have been sitting here at the bar for a hour no one has served me. A guy to the left of me came 15 mins behind me was served immediately. I asked bartender why haven’t I been served she apologized and still didn’t serve me. They are not under staffed and not extremely busy. Now it’s a guy to the right of me just walked in and he is being served drinks and I’m still sitting her with nothing. I will not be coming here again. This place do not serve woman
Just wanted to let yall know that you all have wonderful customer service and I will be a long time customer at this location. I did a online order and when I got home my wings were missing from the order. I called and the young lady listened and then transferred me to the manager who took care of the issue right away. I always love their wings and now I'm a fan of their customer service!
Service was terrible. Took 45 mins to get our drinks. Then after we got our drinks they were wrong. Then after our server came back we told her she just walked off and we had to get another server to get them. We waiting almost 2 hours for our food. There was only 2 other people here. The overall was terrible and we won’t be back.
Food was prepared horribly. Chicken not done. Old cucumbers and lettuce in salad. Specific instructions given for preparation of food none were followed. Never again!!! Especially when you’re hungry and waited an hour for your food..

Poor customer service and extremely slow!! They sat us at a dirty table and told us to wait for the server to clean it. The manager never came by the table and they over charged me for drinks that took 30 mins to get!
I haven't been to Hooters in a long time, but I went with some friends to watch the game. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was your typical sports bar fare—wings, burgers, and more.
This establishment was terrible the waitress was rude it was me and another person they brought food first then brought their food 30 mins later. I wouldn’t recommend this place what’s so ever
