This was our second visit to Hooters in the past 30 days. First time, the service was very slow. We spent a total of 2.5 hours in the restaurant. Server barely came by as she was sitting at the hostess table on her phone. On the plus side, once we got our food it was good. We went again tonight waited 15 min at our table while 3, yes 3, waitresses sat at the hostess table on their phones and talking to one another. We finally just left. We tip 20% or more when we eat out as I have been a server for 15 years and I am usually very understanding. But, being completely ignored while multiple employees are on their phone is unacceptable. We love your wings! Please do better.
Overall, our meal was satisfactory. The food arrived a bit cold and needed reheating, but once warmed, it was flavorful. The desserts were quite enjoyable; however, the Chocolate Mousse Cake wasn’t really a mousse—it was more like a very thick frosting, not a true mousse. It was incredibly rich, and I could have easily gone through half a gallon of milk with it! Still, it was tasty, just don’t expect the light, airy texture of a real mousse—it’s more like a dense buttercream icing. While it wasn’t our best dining experience, it certainly wasn’t the worst either! We would consider ordering again.
One particularly funny moment happened after Waffle House across the street refused to serve me. I then walked over to Hooters and ordered crab. Kenzie, with a sense of humor, brought me a broken crab cracker! I have always received excellent service there and highly recommend that Hooters Family Restaurant consider opening a location in Lincoln City, as it would be perfectly situated for a new restaurant along the Oregon and Washington coasts. I didn't have the worst experience eating here at all. I feel like I'm sitting in the middle of a cemetery eating dead people, the chicken wasn't bred and the sauce was crushed on my chicken only one rivet. it was a quick job and the atmosphere was very disturbing! I will eat NIE again at Hootern!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had an excellent experience thanks to our waitress, Areona! Despite the restaurant being very busy, she kept us updated on everything and was incredibly friendly.
I ordered 20 smoked wings with parmesan garlic sauce and 20 extra crispy plain wings, and they were absolutely delicious! I want to give my compliments to the chef!
I had a disappointing experience with my order. The staff was rude to my delivery driver, and my cheese sticks were missing.
