The fried pickles were amazing but the waitress didn't let me know that it would be extra if I wanted ranch with them. My Philly cheese steak honestly sucked and I've had better at school cafeterias. The waitress was cute and nice until I wanted my change from my payment back. She pocketed my $2 and change even though I had left her a 25% tip on the table. When I asked for it back she said oh the $2? I didn't get her name but I didn't understand why she felt she deserved my change when I did not specify it was for a tip.
The waitstaff are really attractive, but unfortunately, most of them were not doing their jobs. I noticed one girl who was working hard behind the bar, serving food and taking care of customers, while the others just stood around chatting with what seemed to be the manager or owner. I felt bad for the hardworking girl because she provided excellent customer service, but the rest of the team just stood around and looked pretty without contributing.
Fried pickles are usually my favorite, but they were really salty this time. There was a mix-up with our order, but the staff handled it quickly. The manager even generously provided us with complimentary fries. Overall, the service was outstanding.
We are visiting for the weekend this was the 3rd stop trying to find somewhere to eat.. hooters is no stranger to us. So we settled on it. they sat us quickly served us without a long wait. It is a very bust location. Even managers jump in a help.

Beer options suck, all the ones that are normally compared to water.. The wings have literally gotten to the size of pinky fingers so I'd recommend boneless if you want any meat.. (thanks Karen's.. #proGMO)
I had to leave the bar area and go to the front desk just to get some service! The place wasn't busy at all; there were ten staff members just standing around! And the wings are still...
Hit or miss on service. There are a few girls there that are consistently nice and good at what they do. Food is pretty good. I keep going back so I guess I like it lol.
Service was okay. It took the server a bit longer than it could have to get back to us a couple of times. I kept looking for the manager, but couldn't find him.

The food was delicious and the drinks were powerful, although some of the staff could enhance their customer service skills.
I think Hooters quality is not the same. Wings barely had sauce, and service was not the best.
