The fried pickles were amazing but the waitress didn't let me know that it would be extra if I wanted ranch with them. My Philly cheese steak honestly sucked and I've had better at school cafeterias. The waitress was cute and nice until I wanted my change from my payment back. She pocketed my $2 and change even though I had left her a 25% tip on the table. When I asked for it back she said oh the $2? I didn't get her name but I didn't understand why she felt she deserved my change when I did not specify it was for a tip.
We've been coming to this restaurant for 10 years, and it's really gone downhill! The service was incredibly slow, the place was very dirty, and the waitress had a terrible attitude. I understand they might be short-staffed, but if they can't manage the volume of customers, they should consider having people wait at the door instead of letting customers sit for ages without drinks or food.
Fried pickles are usually my favorite, but they were really salty this time. There was a mix-up with our order, but the staff handled it quickly. The manager even generously provided us with complimentary fries. Overall, the service was outstanding.
I've been eating here for around 7 years now at least.... I like the crab legs, BBQ wings, Hot wings, and curly fries with cheese dip. Good place to watch football or meetup for drinks after work.

It's a great spot for lunch, and I'm confident it will gain popularity over time. I arrived as soon as it opened, and the Buffalo chicken sandwich with curly fries was fantastic!
Hit or miss on service. There are a few girls there that are consistently nice and good at what they do. Food is pretty good. I keep going back so I guess I like it lol.
Service was okay. It took the server a bit longer than it could have to get back to us a couple of times. I kept looking for the manager, but couldn't find him.
I came out of the cold with a thirst and appetite. This is the best Hooters I have visited in a very long time. Thanks to the hard-working staff and gals.

The food was delicious and the drinks were powerful, although some of the staff could enhance their customer service skills.
