Really love this place for my Asian fusion fix. The food is delicious and the atmosphere they created is a great place to take family and friends. This is especially true if you want to sit outside on the beautiful patio. I prefer ordering from the Robata Grill section of the menu and trying different items. It is great for trying new food items and getting as adventurous as you please. I really enjoy the Yellowtail Collar. It is a limited item, so be sure to get your hands on some before they run out. Every place that I've been going has been just phenomenal. And. Hopstix was not an exception. Granted it wasn't the orginal idea but it still did not disappoint. A pleasant surprise for a weeknight dinner with a friend. Asian fusion... AND BEER? What genius had such an amazing idea. This place was very busy for a weekday night. Quite energetic crowd as well. There was a small wait for a table but it truly didnt matter. The smells coming from the open kitchen were heavenly. Once seated we ordered our libations first (duh). Honestly one of the best dinners out in a long time. We were seated at our reservation time on a Saturday night and every thing from the drinks to the appetizers to the mai dishes were excellent. Best fried calamari's I’ve ever had and the beef tenderloin and shashito pepper tapas from the grill were delicious and shareable but small amounts. All four of us had something dinner for our main meal, ramen, basil fried rice, Thai spaghetti and curry chicken and all were delighted with our choices. Some things were a tad spicy but not overly. Super good! This was my second time eating here and my second time getting the curry fries. The curry fries are a must! This go 'round, I also had the Chicken Bao and for a cocktail I had the 'Red Carpet ', perfect drink if you like fruity things and hate the taste of alcohol. All in all, it 's a cute place with great service no matter what time you visit. Only thing is that the parking is super limited and a little nerve wrecking. This restaurant is one of my and my boyfriend's favorites. It had been a while since we last visited, but Hannah provided excellent service and made Tommy's birthday dinner special. We will definitely request her when we return. The rest of the staff is also fantastic and friendly. We are grateful for their hospitality!
They have Bluefin specials on Thursday when they get the fish delivered fresh on that day. Delicious food, great presentation with the Bluefin fish. All the items we ordered were excellent. Our server Hannah was great!

Went for tuna Thursday. All food was good to excellent. Best was the tuna roll, least was the tuna nachos. And good beer.
