Today was my 1st be our last time at Hornitos. I was so excited but was completely disappointed. The service was friendly but super super slow. It took 25 to meet our server, 49mins to get our drinks 40mins for our food. Our drinks were not good: some were nasty, then weak the last round round way too strong. I tried given them chances: epic fail.. Food was a bit cold and they didn’t have any seafood or guacamole my fav items. So left unhappy. They need help in the kitchen to be more attentive with service. Our server was barely around to even discuss the issues tonight. So here it is.
The place is small place and has good music. The food is not so great. I had a shrimp mofongo and it was quite small for the price. I had to peel my shrimps and didn?t even come with a small salad on the side. Someone I was with had a chicken mofongo and the chicken had no taste. They make it look pretty but the flavor isn?t all that great. I also encounter a problem with the bill the waiter claim the shrimp was 18 and the combo was 22 and then proceeded to charge me 22

The drinks are very small, and I was charged for a dish I didn't eat. The food is bland and seems to come straight from the freezer. The restaurant was completely empty, yet we waited over 30 minutes for the check. They accused us of things we didn’t do, and it felt like they were trying to cover something up. I wouldn't recommend this place; it’s not worth your time or money.

this place keeps me in the grunde with my friends cuz, which we do not, but a bottle, we can not drink much and it was just us, we only paid for our third round of drinks and fill our hookah again, they said that we must leave this, have they a one on this table and they wanted to buy a bottle? I was always there, every weekend had not expected that at all!
Nice Colombian experience, Food, Coffee and snacks that you can't actually find in another place around, and let me talk about the bakery, it is just something else delicious and fresh hand maded bread, HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!
For my first time here, the service and food was great ! the servers were so nice and understanding and patient! i recommend definitely!
