We came here twice in our most recent stay at Conil. Both times we were served by a lovely, personable waiter (but beware, there seems to be a lack of staff and he was the only one who seemed great so we were lucky! . The food was cheap, in comparison to the (admittedly rare tourist traps nearer the beach and its a very short walk from the centre. We had delicious gambas ajillo, lovely ox steak, and they had an awesome cordon bleu in peppercorn sauce that didn't cost much at all. The friendly service and advice was great and wehad a lovely time our waiter wasn't afraid to tell us his opinions on the food options! We will be back!
more than giving ‘a face wash’ to the local (they were closed since last year by reforms) have reinvented their image leading to a more “formal” concept, elegant (to the same time as unraveled) and professional. based on that image with the white color as the protagonist, characteristic of the area, makes it a place with its own light that invites to approach (re) to know it. they keep their letter of tapas, with modifications of some in a very accurate way, and have expanded much of it with meat and fish. all the change they've made.
La verdad que pedimos varias tapas y ninguna me pareció nada del otro mundo ,la ensaladilla tenía un sabor raro fue de las peores que probé en Conil,el solomillo al whisky muy gordo con la salsa poco ligada y sin sabor me esperaba más y se quedó en un 5 Pelai el servicio fue bueno
the tasca restaurant, we stopped to eat after asking the local people for somewhere near where they would feed us not to be “guiris”. and the truth that we came out very satisfied, very professional and super pleasant waiters and excellent food

In old town Conil, one of the few restaurants open off season, serving excellent hot and cold tapas. Four tapas (fried squid, tuna salad, meatballs, ham croquettes) and 2 beers for less than €10!.
quality and presentation. I've been so surprised for days. tastes pure truffle. delicious. any lid is worthwhile and very recommended cheese cake
The menu is small, but offers good tapas at adequate prices. The service is slow, almost ignorant, you have to wait. There's outdoor seating.
