Plats et dessert excellents, environnement des plus agréable et service impeccable de la part de la serveuse. (Dommage que la sommelière se montre instantanément agacée et même désagréable dès lors qu 'on lui formule une demande surprenante par rapport à ses — surprenantes — habitudes. Dommage d 'ailleurs aussi qu 'elle appelle à température ambiante une bouteille de vin rouge qui serait maintenue plus d 'une 1H. en plein soleil, ni n 'est en mesure de comprendre que demander un seau à glace ne signifie pas qu 'on va l 'y maintenir en permanence : un peu de distance, ainsi que d 'avenance, ne seraient pas de trop).
We had a delightful 3 night stay at Chateau des Fines Roches in June of '24. The estate is arrange in such a way that allows you to view all the surrounding vineyards and villages from your bedrooms, the outside, terrace, and the pool. As such, its a great place to relax pass the time without needing to much outside activity. The staff was hardworking, helpful, and friendly, and we always enjoyed seeing them during our meals and as we passed by. We recommend this place and send our best regards to the staff who made the trip enjoyable.
A pleasant moment in a very nice setting for a meal of the end-of-year coaches of my work. Meals very good and not very excessive rate Service at the top I recommend this address to have a good culinary time
