First we had foie gras with a Pinot gris Grand cru, followed by three differnt courses of fish togehther with a Chablis...premier cru, a white Chateauneuf de Pape and Pouilly Fussé everything was well cooked, the wines were really nice. My opinion only concerns the gourmet restaurant. -The room deserves a refresh -Very long waiting time -The server did not offer the single menu (winstub closed) -No salt and pepper on the table -badly fried foie gras -beef fillet just accompanied by half a carrot and a quarter of turnip, that's all for 42 euros -dessert nothing more In short it wasn't bad but it's really not worth the 110 euros per person without alcohol Service: 2
When I booked this hotel, I didn't know it had such an excellent restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner. The service was very slick, but at the same time personal and friendly. The food was delicious and the wine too. We drank wine from the Hotel Weinberg. The room was also very nice. Not cheap, but worth the money.
