A vegetarian menu at 87€ which is in fact only a accompanying vegetable garden menu... because only vegetables found in the à la carte dishes. Nothing to say on the menu at 87€ of classic except that it is Excellent. The disappointing drink. Champagne excellent, good white wine, but a Saumur Champigny with lamb in sauce... fade and completely absent with lamb. The deal doesn't work at all. Very good Desserts But frankly, the coffee maker in a star is shameful. Not even a good expresso and even less choice.
