This is traditional but innovative cooking at its best. We have been there several times and there is not a single thing we have disliked; whats more, you keep looking at dishes that you want to come back and try another time! Location: Puente San Miguel is not beautiful: the restaurant is located in a large traditional stone house on the main road. They usually serve a portion of blue-cheese on the house while you are deciding what to order. Not to be missed: The foie toasts, squid balls , and other little appetizers.
