After passing by for a few years, I finally decided to give this place a try, and I was very disappointed. The quality of the food, service speed, and overall customer care were lacking. The bagels seemed to come straight from Thomas' brand, and they barely spread a thin layer of cream cheese on them. It took 15 minutes to prepare 4 bagels, 3 of which were supposed to have cream cheese. When I asked the staff member to toast my bagel, he initially ignored me. I had to ask him three times before he finally responded with a somewhat sarcastic tone. Overall, not a great experience.
I absolutely love Hot Bagel! They make the best breakfast sandwiches around, far surpassing any other local delis or breakfast spots in the area. While the owner has a monotone voice that some might interpret as "rude," I’ve always found both him and his wife to be very polite. I've been a customer for years, and they always greet me with a "good morning" before I place my order and thank me after I wish them a good day.
A few years after driving by. Very dissatisfied with quality, speed, customer service and waiting time. Bagels may also have been out of Thomas Bagels' pockets, they hardly put a thin film of cream cheese on the bagels, it took 15 minutes for 4 Bagels, 3 with cream cheese, and the gentleman just ignored me up when I asked to be roasted. I had to ask him three times until he said well in a glittering tone.
The husband is very rude and disrespectful. I ordered food from there recently he messed up 2 of my orders i showed him. This guy had the nerve to scream at me slamming the food on the counter and yelling nothing was wrong with it in front of a store full of customers! I've been a local customer for years, but I've consistently experienced rudeness from the male owner. My husband and I have both raised our concerns separately. While I do enjoy the food for the most part, the lack of respect isn't worth it. If anyone has recommendations for a better bagel shop, please share!
The owner is quite unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend eating here; it's all about quantity rather than quality. Each time I bring my family, we encounter rudeness. I was there for the last time two weeks ago. The bagel place near PF is much better.
The husband is incredibly rude! In addition to his rudeness, he tends to overcharge. The prices are never consistent. It's unfortunate that the service is so poor, especially since this is the only bagel shop in the area.
