After our 9 year old son was born and before our recent unhinged DoorDash spree, we were limited in the types of places where we were eating as a family. Because of Door Dash (Les Miserables Spoiler Alert) . . . restaurants we retired are popping up in our house like a dead character at the end of Les Mis. Tonight, my wife requested Hot Basil. We ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, Green Curry with pork, steamed dumplings with shrimp and salad. The highlight was definitely the shrimp pad Thai. The noodles and shrimp had great texture, and the delicious sauce had that classic sweet sour flavor. It had vegetables like green onions and bean...
2.5 stars. We ordered the pad thai, sweet soy noodles, crab rangoons, and pork dumplings. The pad thai was nice and sweet but otherwise lacking evert crucial pad thai sauce ingredient...it tasted ok, but not like pad thai. The soy noodles were very average. Pretty bland. The crab rangoons were decent. Nice Crunch and good amount of filling. The sauce was ok. And the pork dumplings themselves had basically zero flavor and came with a sauce that was so spicy I couldn't enjoy the rest of my food afterwards...I'd say it was at minimum a medium spice level, so if you have a low spicy tolerance, like me, you have been warned. We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! We began our meal with tasty appetizers such as crab Rangoon, fresh rolls, and dumplings, all of which were delicious. For our main courses, we tried the pork pad Thai, beef pad Thai, fried rice, and a unique chicken salad, all of which had delicate and flavorful tastes. Despite being quite full, we couldn't resist trying the mango sticky rice, which was a delightful combination of fresh mangoes and warm rice. This was by far the best Thai food we've had in a long time.
This family-run restaurant always delivers consistently delicious food with friendly service. I have yet to try a dish that I didn't like. Some of my favorites include the vegetable spring rolls (better than other Thai restaurants in the area), ginger broccoli stir fry, mango curry, and mango sticky rice. My go-to entree is the ginger broccoli stir fry because the sauce is unique and I love the flavor of ginger. Most people prefer to take out their food, but I enjoy dining in and relaxing in this chill spot.

I recently discovered this restaurant and decided to get takeout, so I can't really comment on the ambiance. However, I must say that I was impressed by the staff's attention to detail. I chose a dish that I thought would be a safe choice for a non-spicy option and made sure to request "not spicy" in the notes just to be safe. When I received my order, I was happy to see that "Not spicy" was written on the bag. The meal itself was incredibly tasty, so overall it was a big win!
We were excited to try a new place and ended up trying hot basil Thai cafe. We did a takeout of veg Spring Rolls and fried rice.However spring roll tasted good and we enjoyed but the fried rice had some kind of different oil which didn't suit me so well.
Consistently great! Never had a bad meal here. Great pad thai, wings, beef skewers, drunken noodle, thai iced tea- I've dined in and gotten take out a ton and it's always been great.
Ordered several times for delivery the last couple of months and the food is tasty and thoughtfully prepared. Awesome Drunken noodles and visually stunning and tasty summer rolls.

This was my first time ordering. I was very pleased with my order and the flavors of the dish were exceptional. I will be ordering again and HIGHLY recommend the restaurant.
