As soon as I enter the place, I felt different and realized it is not a hot dog fast food restaurant. There is no Hot Dog served here. Entrees, Plates, Salads, and Pizza full meals are served here. Bring your dog to the table and eat food or put them in a special dog care, a place beside the entrance hall.While Speaking to the Management they inform me “For the comfort of your dog, Hot Dog et Cie offers an Indoor dog park guarded by a dog trainer, Dog Park Daycare Short and long term, Raw food for dogs and cats, and Professional grooming by appointment’’There are free Wi-Fi too.They were very nice and polite.
We brought our large dog for his usual monthly grooming. We always book a specific groomer with very clear instructions. When we arrived to pick up our dog we were very disappointed to see the awful haircut he received. The usual groomer that we booked quit that morning. No one notified us. They didn’t look at our file to understand the grooming to be done. They explained that the groomers are all subcontracted and don’t actually work for them therefore nothing they can do. Basically, too bad so sad, pay up.Thankfully hair does grow back but my confidence in this place will not.But I hear the food is good…
I am glad to see that this restaurant is up for sale. The last time I visited was before COVID, but it seems like the current owners are still in charge. It is evident that they mistreat and neglect their staff, causing the employees to provide subpar service. It is disappointing to see that nobody working there appears to be truly happy, especially in a dog-friendly café. I hope that the new owners will prioritize better treatment of their staff. I am giving 5 stars for the hardworking employees who go above and beyond, even in challenging circumstances with limited staff.
Great concept, nice place, big variety of food, but service was very slow and passive. Looks understaffed. Food is good but not great. We didn't use the dog park, but was not impressed by the looks of it. One staff member sitting on a chair looking at his phone while dogs room around. After reading the last comment,Makes me feel better about the management's rude attitude.I heard they are changing owner , very good thing because this place decreased in quality.I will go back only when new owners take over.For now....yucky !
I absolutely adore this place! I come here for the indoor dog park and the overnight dog hotel. My chocolate lab has been going since she was a few months old and the staff always treat her so well. The overnight fees are very affordable too!
This restaurant is the perfect spot to visit whether you have your dog with you or not. The service and food are both excellent. I would definitely come back even if I didn't have my dog with me.

I love this place, the food is so tasty and the drinks too. I love that my dog can sit with me or in the playground with the other dogs. The staff are so friendly ??
