The bigger man who typically wears a hat and had a mustache is rude they overly use cleaning supply’s to where I got nauseous as I was ordering my food cause whatever chemical they had used was so over powering.. I always have gristle in my chicken and it has just gone down hill since 2021.. they need better staff.. but I guess you can’t find good help these days.. anyways I’d suggest the hotheads in ft Wright if you are able to choose between the two.. I know they are very much in two different city’s lol . Anyway Much better management there. Worse staff I have ever experienced EVER! Rude and extremely unprofessional. Never open on time. Have horrible attitudes towards customers. Also seen an employee sitting on a counter that food could possibly be prepared on. And this is multiple times not just one visit. On top of all that my employer ordered lunch for my while work and not only did they not have it ready at the time it stated they refused to give a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. Kid-friendliness: There is no friendless. You are treated as inconvenience if they are even open to serve you.
We had a little boy with us who had been saving money to spend all day, but when it was time to stop at the restaurant, he realized he was 50 cents short. He looked at me and I asked where he had spent his money, and he said on candy. I told him he would have to choose something cheaper. He found something he liked, and when they rang him up, one of the employees kindly paid for his meal. That was very generous of them! The little boy thanked him three times before we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Kid-friendliness: See above.

I ordered the quesadilla, it was practically a burrito the cheese wasn't melted. A quesadilla isn't supposed to have rice? And should be on a flat iron skillet , and it was put in an oven instead. Manager at this location is so rude for literally no reason. They also never make the orders right, or just change the prices randomly depending who 's working that day. If you want hot heads DO NOT go to this location. All the responses say will pass this on to the owner which they clearly don 't because it 's been like this for a while.
