When you walk in, it looks like a plain old diner.THAT'S SO WRONG they really know what they're cooking! I ordered the HOTG eggs benedict, minus spinach. It had a fried green tomato on each muffin half and the breading stayed FIRM even under their hollandaise (which was excellent! . I took half of my benedict home reheated it about 5 hours later.The next day, the breading on the fried green tomato was still great! SERIOUSLY absolutely great!! (That's NOT easy to get right .The Waitstaff were on point, there when needed not hovering. They're very nice people.The only improvements I'd make would be:1. Offer sweet potato fries;2. If you happen to be in the neighborhood and need something delicious to eat, don?t hesitate to stop here. The serving size was a good portion and tasted fantastic. The food came out quick and I never saw the bottom of my coffee mug. The wait staff was attentive and courteous. The restaurant was open and clean. If I am in the area, I will go back and try lunch. : Oh, they have crushed ice here. I love that!

This place is so delicious. Everything is so fresh. You can taste the quality. The poach on the eggs Benedict was perfection. The hollandaise was life changing. The potatoes were crisp on the outside and soft in the center. This Robyn and Kristi are excellent servers. I am anxiously awaiting my next meal here.
