The staff was fantastic. I come almost daily to enjoy their beef patties and ginger pineapple drink. I will definitely be returning to Hot Pot for their take-out service. The meal type is other, with an average cost of $20-30 per person. The food was rated a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the Jerk Chicken Platter and Ackee Slides. There is plenty of parking available, including a free parking lot.
I wish I could get my money back. I spent well over an hour browsing through Uber Eats, deciding what to order and settled on Hot Pot Grill. Major mistake! The shrimp salad was nothing more than welted shredded lettuce that's used for subs with a few carrots and cherry tomatoes tossed in. Furthermore, the shrimp was miniature. I also paid for extra pineapple jerk sauce and didn't receive it. It's a one and done for me.
Absolutely delicious and authentic food! I stumbled upon this restaurant while shopping in the same center and decided to grab a quick bite to eat during my lunch break. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and satisfying the curry was. The portion size was generous and I even shared some with my mother who loved it just as much as I did. The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be returning!
I would rate this restaurant a 2.5 out of 5. It's inconsistent. I've had both good and bad experiences here when it comes to the food. Yesterday, I was disappointed with the dry, burnt chicken patty that seemed to be filled with air. The brown stew that I usually enjoy lacked flavor and tasted heavy with oil. I visit this restaurant at least once a week! I absolutely love their oxtails, Rasta Pasta, and curry goat, but the brown stewed chicken is truly amazing. My sister always orders the jerk chicken and cabbage, and we both enjoy the light and fluffy rice and peas. The service is great and we usually get takeout for dinner. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20.
