Upon arrival, we noticed they offered both group tables for sharing a pot and individual pots, and we chose the latter. The menus provided featured a variety of soup bases, seafood, noodles, and meats, but they were somewhat worn and difficult to read in places. While the staff was friendly, it was challenging to get their attention due to the layout of the tables and barriers.
The sauce bar offered the usual condiments—soy sauce, sesame oil, etc.—along with two house sauces. However, it occupied only half the bar, was low on supplies throughout our visit, and the area appeared somewhat unkempt.

I recently attended a private event where the hot spot showcased their new menu items, and it was an incredible experience. I'm thankful for the connections I've made. Their different variations of lemonade, especially the dragonfruit lemonade, were really delicious. I also loved their new mushroom broth. The all-you-can-eat hot pot concept is quite unique since it’s usually associated with Korean BBQ. The service was excellent, with Esther being particularly phenomenal and exceptionally attentive at our table. Overall, I had a very positive experience!

They do have a two-hour time limit for dining, and they will only seat you once your entire party is present. Overall, it's one of the best options for Chinese hot pot in the area.
My partner and I had a fantastic date night at Hot Spot. The food was fresh and served promptly, and we enjoyed every bite until we were completely full! I really appreciated that we each had our own pot of broth, which was great since some of us are vegetarian. We will definitely be returning!
