After a day at the beach there's nothing like dropping by Hot Wings for some easy and delicious take away.If you like chips salty and crisp, Hot Wings is the place for you. Not only that but the generous little extra chips in the bag always makes you feel like they're good value.But chips alone only go so far, it's the chicken that's king. Cooked on rotisserie over real charcoal, the chickens cook fast so they stay juicy and the dripping fat adds a beautiful smokiness.The salads while not extensive or amazing are fresh and well suited to chicken chips.
Needing something to fill an empty tummy, I came across Hot Wings Charcoal Chicken. Not being from around Williamstown / Newport my partner and I needed something and this was definitely the place to stop. I had roast chook and my partner had fried chook. They were both delicious and the chips were crunchy. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
Hot Wings has been around here for decades and has always been a favorite with the locals ESPECIALLY the people from Williamstown High School-both teachers and students lol. The food is fresh and fast and absolutely delicious considering most take-away is usually quite bland. ( my opinion )
Fast food type charcoal chicken place, very much like any other. Chicken is dry and over cooked, chips are way over cooked and the texture is floury. Salads just ok. Nice juicy chicken cooked to perfection. Salads are nice and fresh and the chips with chicken salt um what can I say finger licking good.Service is very professional and the Asian guy always with a smile. We are regulars here and it's a good fresh feed for the family.
Absolutely fantastic Chicken and chips , great salad selection- well priced, quick service . Their turnover is amazing - locals love this place, the fried chicken is loved by son . Good parking all round great place.
This is a family favorite of ours and we have not come across anywhere else that does chips like this place. Fantastic! Charcoal chickens are awesome too and if you are feeling naughty - the fried chicken is yummy!

Charcoal chicken done fantastically, with a great range for salads too. We saw a van-load of local cops stop here for lunch, so it must be good!
