Hot Wok - Tisch resevieren

Ordered some takeaway and it arrived early. The driver had forgotten our drinks but the lady from the restaurant was very apologetic and ended up delivering them herself. We ordered munch boxes for and there was plenty of food however, way TOO...greasy. The oil in the fryer needs to be changed ASAP. The chips were very dark in colour so I ended up not eating any of them. Besides the munch box, you get a separate container with egg fried rice which was good. The satay sauce was very lovely but the curry sauce again was way too greasy that the oil was separated. We were slightly disappointed with the bubble teas especially with the mocha as it bitter in taste, strange colour and did not taste...

We had read the rave reviews but we actually came across this place by accident. We expected good things but were somewhat disappointed. Table service was slow and a bit indifferent. Some of the food, the crispy duck, was lukewarm and the range of vegetables...with both the main dishes seemed limited to just peppers and onions. It wasn't a bad meal by any means. The soup was OK and the mixed starters very good. It just lacked the sparkle we had expected and the transparent plastic table cloths were ugly. At we were suprised that the waiter should start mopping the restaurant floor near by us. We would come back again but not in a hurry and probably not on a Sunday night.

We were looking forward to experiencing the table top hot put and grill, and it did not disappoint. You got to choose what kind of noodle, meat, seat food and vegetable to go in it and on the grill. We both choose a broth each...go in the double pan. The staff were very tentative and helpful helped with some of the grilling at tableside. There were various toppings to be available to make a unique dipping sauce out of. The bubble tea went with it with it. The flavours were very interesting, and was fun to do. Would definitely go back again and invite friends. Our bill was under I am glad we booked as it has limited tables.

Called in for a quick lunch today and was really disappointed. I had the hot and sour soup which was ok at best, for the main I had beef in blackbean sauce, but the beef had a really fatty jelly-like texture, it was awful I...couldn't eat it. I sent it back and asked for chicken instead. The chicken was marginally better but still quite jellified, they're obviously using the cheapest meat they can get. Such a shame, because I used to really rate this place. It's not cheap either, I had soup the beef with some boiled rice and diet Coke and it came to I won't be going back. I've visited this restaurant on three occasions now within months. Every time I've been there the food just keeps getting better and better. It appears the Korean menu has now been extended. Its a great menu and it's the main reason I visited and...like the place so much. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an authentic experience of Asian food. The cuisine is beyond the level of any standard Chinese or oriental menus. There is also a secret menu, if you want to be a little more daring. Staff are lovely too. Thanks so much for everything.

I’m a regular visitor to Taiwan and southern China on business, authentic Chinese cuisine is my favourite but it is difficult to find in the UK. This small but cosy restaurant offers superb authentic Chinese food certainly one of the best places I’ve eaten at...in the UK. Family run business with very friendly hostess and knowledgeable helpful chef Who specialises in Sichuan cuisine Kung Po chicken is superb As is the crispy duck with pancake and the Sichuan King prawn in hot spicy sauce. Very reasonably priced and excellent value.

Ate here with my partner for the first time this evening. We love Chinese food and know what we like. The hostess was very helpful in helping us to find what we were looking for on the Chinese menu and the chef was happy to...cook a dish to order for my partner, even coming out to engage with us about our dinner. Excellent food, great Schezuan chef, delightful service, nothing too much trouble. We will be back!

Me and my partner shared the hot pot and grill and bother where so tasty and fun to do. Highly recommend this place as it cheap and delicious
