Hotel Angelus - Tisch reservieren

Heaven is rich in manna, the bread of life. But even the most ascetic saint needs some culinary diversity. So, they say that when Bernadette is craving for home-made pasta et basta, she (secretly) descends from heaven to the pizzeria of the Napolitano Angels. Unless she was dining incognito perhaps together with the Blessed Virgin), I sadly never had the privilege and pleasure to discern her, but perhaps that is because I am quite myopic. Nonetheless, I understand where she 's coming from since Angelus is a restaurant at a stone 's throw from the 'Cachot ' where Bernadette lived during the time of the Marian apparitions and combines a friendly cozy atmosphere with succulent yummy yummy food....

We were recommended this restaurant by the host of our hotel. When we arrived, we thought it was closed as it looks to be in the middle of renovation. However, we were sat at a table and presented with plates of delicious anti-pasti and then pasta with sauce. The menu is very limited during restoration, but that suited us. We ate pasta with garlic sauce and pasta with tomato , which we split and shared. There was also carbonara, but my daughters are vegetarian, so we decided to go with the tomato sauce. Wine and desert are also included for a very reasonable 12 euros. It does feel a bit strange dining in a building site with a family who are watching tv, but worth it for a good, cheap meal i...

A must restaurant to visit when in Lourdes great food and service. The best napoletanian pizza I have ever tasted outside Napoli. Great value for money.

Great family run restaurant! Watched fotball, drank beer and had a good Italian meal. Pasta and pizza were great!

Very good family run restaurant. Had 3 course set menu for €14.90 Carbonara was tasty. Good value for money
