We have just spent a wonderful holiday at Chasa Montana in Samnaun. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. The highlight for us was the menu restaurant. The food was simply stunningly delicious and very classy. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Our room was also recently renovated and beautifully decorated in a modern style. Everything was very tasteful and we immediately felt comfortable. The wellness area with pool, various saunas and relaxation areas was super nice and we really relaxed there. Seine Kreationen sind so gut, dass ich sie auch 2 Jahre später noch erinnere. Fragen Sie nach seinem Amaretto Sour mit griechischem Joghurt (statt Ei ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Atmosphäre in der Bar ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, und der Service ist natürlich erstklassig, ganz im Einklang mit dem Haus. During each visit to Scuol we make the day trip Samnaun, and we tend to end at Chasa Montana for lunch. We had some very good meals here, including our recent lunch of Flame Cake Diavolo with sharp salami, Peperoni and Samnaun herbal cream (hot salami, pepperoni and Samnaun herbal cream and tarte flambee original with bacon, onions and Samnaun herbal cream (Bacon, onions and Samnaun herbal cream). Delicious. Our waiter suggested a special white wine that was so good that we ordered a second glass (Johann something or other). Good food, excellent service and spectacular scenery... but not cheap (although it is Switzerland!
Nice food. the cook is obviously an Austrian. Huge wine list, not safe for what, as most guests there are no drinking wine through the bottle anyway. Had a bottle of old widow, becomes approx. 90 francs served, okay price. The wine list should contain more Swiss wines and less of the others.
