Hotel Christiania - Tisch reservieren

Hotel Christiania is part of the Gstaad tradition, I stayed there for two winters in 1970 and 1971. Located in the center of Gstaad, facing the skating ring/tennis court it is a very convenient place to stay. Everything is quaint, small and well appointed.The hotel restaurant provides the twist with a very good Arabic cuisine menu, plenty of mezzes and choices.

Die Falafel waren sehr gut, der Ort ist auch nachmittags gut. Wir hatten nur 40 Minuten für unseren Zug und das Essen wurde so schnell serviert, dass wir es rechtzeitig aufessen konnten. Die Zubereitung von Tabouleh war ausgezeichnet, Hummus war etwas trocken, aber Olivenöl als Beilage sorgte dafür, dass es in Ordnung war.

Das Hotel liegt ausgezeichnet, direkt neben dem Center Court und Nahe beim Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit grossem Balkon und sehr sauber. Frühstück gute Auswahl.

The lamb with noodles is delicious, I will be back again soon!! Also good value on the wine list, a nice selection from France and Italy.

All ways enjoy our visits. Mix of Middle Eastern & Swiss Cookery in Small quaint restraint with friendly couple running it.
