I've known this restaurant for years. I've been there since the new manager took over. I had already been very disappointed, but my godmother who offered me the meal had good memories of this establishment at the time. So we went there at noon, reserved a table in the dining room. dining room that was filled with two tables, ours: 2 people and another with 4 or 6 people. We ordered each two entries. a mushroom leafy, the dough was too cooked and dry and the insignificant mushrooms, betting mushrooms. we thought we had different kinds of mushrooms, also given the price of the entrance that was not negligible. for the suite we ordered a plate of foie gras with toasts. building of good presentation but some that we return everything spoils . fanned floral decorations, state of unacceptable toilets. varied map, we chose a brewery and restaurant as both are separated.Pizza really low-end, paste too thick and not very well provided. A local burger, nothing exceptional. cold and soft industrial bread and drowned in green salad with doubtful qualifying.Fini leaves a homemade tiramisu, we took a spoon each to leave it, fade, tired and industrial tress.Bref pass your way
Es tut mir Leid. Aber wenn ich „100 % aus der Region“ oder so ähnlich lese, erwarte ich frische Pommes und keine gefrorenen Pommes. Auf der Karte stand dann auf der Herkunftsbezeichnung des Fleisches, dass nur das Kalb aus der Schweiz stamme. Der Rest vom Rest der Welt.Aber der Burger war mit Rindfleisch, sehr gut, aber nicht aus der Region....In Zukunft müsste man also noch genauer auf die Aussage der Karte eingehen . Verständnis und freundliches Personal.

a shame to see the inconsistency of this restaurant, already many visits and no such. the last one we disappoint .the card does not change, but the prices yes. the wine pots at indecent prices, the salad mixed with frs 12.- the fries a little soft, more small mouth amuse, reaching the level drop. Wunderschöne Terrasse im Herzen von Yvonand, dem Burger mangelt es an Persönlichkeit und ich hatte darum gebeten, mein Fleisch ausbluten zu lassen, es war gar... Die zarten Perlfilets, ein Genuss. Ich war nett, außer dem Tisch von hinten, der nur Kritik hervorrief und es peinlich wurde.
