Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Fribourg, if not the best. You even dare bring your Mom. Raport quality/price is excellent and the ambiance guaranteed. Mr. Kondratowitz 's self-taught cuisine surprises seasoned eaters as well as amateurs. And surprised you will be....a spicy, curry sorbet that could easily fit as a desert served as an amuse-bouche? Brilliant. Discover niche-wines, get shaken culinarily , enjoy the friendly staff and discover miscellaneous art (pictures, paintings and statues). The decor reminds me of a upper standing Parisian bistro . A true pleasure every time. For ambiance, get a table in the main salon, for more discretion and quiet ask for the Salon Bleu and...
My brother and sis suggested it to me, was not disappointed, spectacular food and very good price too. Great service from pleasant staff, were seated rather quickly. Lots of different food choices to select from the menu, fantastic. Great personnel, always take care of us just like family not only a customer. The cost of the food was significantly less than anticipated, my sister And I were really thrilled.
Ein bisschen seltsam, den Weg vom Eingang zum Restaurant auf der ersten Etage zu finden, aber dann werden Sie in einem schönen Restaurant mit ausgezeichneter Küche, schönes Personal und eine tolle Aussicht während des Tageslichts. Solides, gut gekochtes Essen, mäßig Preis für die Qualität, die Sie erhalten. Einen Besuch wert!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem gastronomischen, aber nicht zu arroganten Restaurant. Künstliche Umgebung und sehr gutes Essen passen gut zusammen. Unser Kellner Julien war freundlich und sehr gut bei uns, so dass wir ein fantastisches Abendessen haben. Mein Favorit war die Foie-Gras und Tartar.
