Hotel Fex - Tisch reservieren

Og you ever sent to hike in an undisturbed, beautiful, beautiful valley don’t miss the Fex Valley. No cars (except the staff’s) are allowed and it has it all, a river comming from the glaciers, luscious green hill sides, cows with bells and wonderful hikes! The Hotel Fex itself is an old wooden building and offers rooms with spectacular views. The meals are solid and tasty and compensates for both strenuous and easy hikes. The staff is friendly and offers excellent suggestions for hikes and tours. We enjoyed it all !

The lifts were closed due to the wind, so we decided to leave the hotel from the village. The valley is nice, I had made a reservation for two. When we arrived on time, they gave our reserved table to another couple. No matter, we had a delicious meal sharing ravioli and a sausage / potato dish. Don't eat extraordinary, but decent.

Aber der Chef hat uns weggeschickt, weil ein Kind seine Trinkflasche raus hatte. Er sagte, man könne hier nicht sitzen und nicht im Restaurant essen. Aber ich sagte ihm, wir würden warten und 8 Leute bestellen ... Er war sehr unfreundlich und schien sich nicht um unser Geschäft zu kümmern.

You come here for the view: wonderful. They do not come here for the service: appalling. After we waited for half an hour without paying attention, although we are sitting by the staff, we simply gave up. The institution, in fact a local monopoly, is disregarded by its clientele. Avoid.

Cosy restaurant serves Italian/Swiss nice home cooked meals. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Go to Gnocchi.
